Kasteev Zhongar Ergazievich – known to the general public as Zhan Kasteev. He was  born in 1969 in Almaty and He is the grandson of the famous Kazakh painter Abilkhan Kasteev. General producer of radio stations Zhuldyz FM and Tengri FM. Currently the producer of new and very creative projects: “The Spirit of Tengri”, “TurkSib music” and “1000 songs of Centaurs”.
